Monument Planning & Succession was founded by Aaron Ogunniya, a UK-based business strategist and systems consultant with a passion for helping small trade and FM business owners secure their legacy. With over 15 years of experience in digital transformation, CRM/ERP systems, and business process optimisation, Aaron brings a unique combination of technical expertise and practical business acumen.

What makes Aaron different is his people-first approach. He understands the heart and history behind every trade business and approaches each potential partnership with respect, clarity, and discretion. As the son of hardworking immigrants and a product of London’s dynamic small business landscape, Aaron knows what it means to build from the ground up and why it matters to preserve what’s been built.
Having worked closely with housing associations, property services, and facilities maintenance providers across the UK, Aaron is skilled at identifying operational improvements, modernising legacy systems, and preparing businesses for succession, even if they’ve never had a digital strategy before.
